TOUR DATES & TICKETS

Tours of the Blosser House and Barn are scheduled during a one-week period each month from August through December 2024. Regular tours are limited to 24 guests. Event tours are limited to 40 guests. We anticipate many dates will sell out quickly. Group tours may be arranged through the tour manager, subject to the availability of the tour guides.

We have Special Events planned each month through the end of 2024. See below for descriptions and tickets.

During our scheduled Blosser House & Barn Tours (see below for dates), your guides will lead you through the property on a 1.5-hour tour, talking about the history of the property, its preservation and design. Light refreshments will be offered at the end of the tour. Historic Style, the award-winning book featuring the work of designer Kelee Katillac is available at the discounted price of $25 if purchased in advance. (Book will be available at the still-discounted price of $50 on day of the tour.)

Tickets are refundable up to 48 hours before the tour. Tickets are transferrable until the time of the tour. Contact the tour manager to make these requests.

AUGUST TOURS

10 AM, SATURDAY, AUGUST 17: BRUNCH AT BLOSSER TOUR
Be among the first to tour the extraordinary Henry Blosser Home & Barn. You’ll enjoy a leisurely guided tour of the house where you’ll learn about the property’s history and preservation, then your guides will lead you to the magnificently restored barn where you’ll enjoy a light brunch, a Q&A with designer Kelee Katillac, and a tour of that structure. A copy of Kelee’s award-winning book, Historic Style, featuring the preservation of the Blosser House and Barn, is included with your ticket.

Do you own an old home or dream or a restoration project of your own? You’ll find inspiration and valuable advice on this special tour, which focuses on the history of the property and its remarkable preservation. Kelee Katillac, who led the preservation effort at Blosser House & Barn, will talk about the challenges involved in the project and how she overcame them. During lunch, Kelee will talk about the historic tax credits process and answer your questions. A box lunch is provided with your ticket, along with a copy of Historic Style, Kelee’s recently released book that features the Blosser Project and others she has led.
